Proverbs 20:11

Even a child is known by his deeds, By whether what he does is pure and right.

The development of a reputation starts early in life. EVEN a child begins to build habits and character traits that each day, brick by brick, contribute to the building of a life. If children are known by their deeds, it seems by comparison, that adults also are known, or become known, by the reputation they have developed. How are you known? What character traits have been practiced in your life that become obvious to others.

When Jesus was a boy, it is said of Him, ….. “And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.” It was while Jesus was living with his earthly parents, that he learned to be under their authority within the household. “He went down with them and came to Nazareth, and was subject to them.” Luke 51-52

The reputation that adults, and EVEN a child will develop is grounded in faithfully DOING what is pure and right. It is often said here at WWCA, “You can’t go wrong doing what is right. Do what you know is right and leave the results to God.”
